Elena is a 19 year old performer from New Jersey and is currently pursuing a BA in Music with a Concentration in Music Industry. She has been with Theatre@Home since their first show, and she is incredibly honored to be a part of the T@H Board! Elena is very versatile and has experience in theatre, music, and dance. Her past roles include Miss Prism in The Importance of Being Earnest, Fraulein Kost in Cabaret, Helene Alving in Ghosts, Josie Cohan in George M!, Rosalie Mullins in School of Rock, Katherine Blake in Freaky Friday, Boots (a newsie) in Newsies, Glory (Her Heart) and Marci (Where It Went) in Almost, Maine, and she was cast as Donna in Mamma Mia (the show was cancelled due to the pandemic). When she’s not onstage, Elena can also be found backstage working the lighting and sound or in the orchestra pit. Throughout high school, she participated in all of the music ensembles: marching band (flute, piccolo, drum major), concert band (flute), and jazz band (piano, vocals). Elena has a strong passion for performance, and she would love to thank Justin and Cassie for their leadership, support, and the opportunity to continue creating theatre through such incredible virtual productions!
